CodeCue Studio is committed to protecting your privacy.

Recording Call - Microphone

We do not hold any recordings or User information on our own servers.

The App “Automatic Call Recorder” records phone calls. All recorded calls are recorded on the phone using the microphone on the device. The recorded files and related notes are stored on the phone’s storage and NO server is involved with recording phone calls. The recorded calls are not stored on our own server and can only be stored locally or on a third party cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Storage

The App requests permission to access the phone’s storage only in order to store the recorded calls and play the recorded files afterwards. The App does not access any other files nor excess User’s photos.

Contacts

The App accesses the contacts on the phone in order to display the contacts that were recorded and so the App can record or ignore calls from specific contacts. The contacts information is NOT transmitted nor stored on any server.

Permissions

android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO : allow to recorder phone call, the main features of the app

android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE : to handle call event to start, stop recording the call

android.permission.READ_CONTACTS : to get phone number to name recording files.

android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG : to make white list. mean save specific number from call log and then this number is not going to record calls.
android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS : to record outgoing calls.

- We never publicly disclose any personal or sensitive user data related to financial or payment
activities or any government identification numbers, photos and contacts.

Protecting customer information

CodeCue Studio will never collect any personal customer data information without user acceptation. Personal customer data and information may only be viewed interacted with by Flash Alerts Team if we have the explicit consent of the owning customer, and in which case, the data will only be used for trouble-shooting purposes.

Product usage statistics

CodeCue Studio may use usage statistics to identify areas of use of certain products, and to enhance our products for a better user experience. We will never study an individual customer’s usage behavior;
it is only studied on a group basis.

Disclosure of information

 

CodeCue Studio will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. CodeCue Studio Team may provide aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable
third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
